Refund & Replacement Policy

At SplitMax, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Depending on the situation, we will provide:

  • a replacement product; or
  • a full refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days after delivery.

After verification, we will send the correct item or issue a refund when appropriate.


Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will either:

  • send a replacement; or
  • issue a full refund.

Change of Mind

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind after an order has been shipped.
